Chicken Marsala is my favorite thing to eat and it’s a one pot dish, and pretty easy to make too. They have it in ready made skillets (Birds Eye and Bertolli) and those are really good too.

If you have cream of chicken soup and rice you can make a chicken and rice bake. Preheat oven to 375 Season your chicken to your liking. in a bowl, add 2 cups of white or brown rice, 2 cups of chicken broth and 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and a bit of the seasonings you used to season your chicken. Mix it together and add it to a casserole dish,  layer the chicken breasts on top and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes to an hour last five minutes of cooking time I add a bit of crushed fried onions for added crunch. Comes out so good!!! It's a hit at our house except we usually use boneless skinless chicken thighs.
