7 days late

I’m a week late, I took a test today and it was negative, but I still feel like I’m pregnant. I’ve always had a very predictable cycle, if anything I bleed more often never gone this long except when I was pregnant last year. My baby is only 6 months old and I already had an ectopic at 3 months post partum. I have been on the progestin only pill since the ectopic but have had regular periods until now. Do y’all think I’m jumping to conclusions or pregnant?
