just curious on what to do 🤗🤔👶

ok so my fiance and I have been trying to conceive over a year now we already have a 4 year old but after he was born I had gotten a mirana iud I got it taken out in November of 2016 and we have constantly been trying since then.....I have seen alot of ladies say that they get pregnant right after they get it removed and I'm just trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong I would love y'all to give me some advice on some things I should try ❤😘💐🐞
