Confused🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Okay guys so I’ve been ttc since February after birth control. I was diagnosed with pcos last year. So since February I’ve been taking vitex and my cycles have been really great and the symptoms are much more better. So this month I used opk for the first time and discovered I ovulated later. So technically I ovulated 7 or 6 days ago but before my period I always had sore boobs and cramps. This month I only have sore boobs and nothing else. Have never had this. Has anyone had this and got a bfp???? Sorry a bit long😅😅
