I don't recommend Jimmy John's to anyone. I've worked there. They do not follow food safety guidlines, at all. The meat sits up on the slicer for hours. I've seen it sit there for 6 hours plus. Jersey Mike's is a really good option if you have one. They slice in the moment, not ahead of time.

My doctor said as long has it was heated that it was fine to eat.

I'm about to give birth(baby didn't die nor did I get sick) and I ate it a lot. Got my sandwiches from Jersey Mike's since they slice it right before they make your sandwich. I also ate my lunch meat with 2 days off opening it... didn't heat it. 
I really think these food precautions are lies!!!

eat Jimmy John's. my doc told me it's an outdated guideline but they HAVE to tell you about it. Jimmy John's is a known and reputable place. you're fine. I've had it multiple times and baby is fine.
