My butt got put in the hospital. I overdosed on painkillers because of my migraines and I got a stomach ulcer.

What non-medicinal tricks do you use to deal with migraines? Sometimes mine are because of congestion, other times not. They generally just sneak up on me.

EDIT: I have the best husband ever. He held my full vomit bag while I shit my guts out at the hospital and still said I was sexy. 😂 I love him. 😍
