So i got new pain meds for my back today and i wanted to know this to know if it was okay for me to take before i go to dance or swimming or something, so ive been given codeine phosphate (30g per dose) which is equivalent to about 5mg of morphine, im a 17 year old girl, im 5’9 and i weigh 110 pounds, so like will this make me very sleepy or just tired or drowsy or anything?

Im also taking paracetamol (2x 500mg per dose) and ibuprofen (400 mg per dose) along with the codeine phosphate.
