Another ectopic????

I had my first ectopic in December of 2016, and just fell pregnant again last week. On Friday I got faint lines on a hpt so I called the dr and got in right away for blood work and a baseline ultrasound. Results for the beta hcg were 7. Tested positive on Saturday morning and Sunday morning, still faint lines. By 11:45 am I was spotting which then turned to bright/dark red bleeding. Went this morning for more blood work thinking it would be to a 0 because surely I was having a miscarriage, however they came back at 12? Go back Wednesday for more blood work and then Friday for more followed by an ultrasound and a visit with the dr. However, I’m just not feeling right, to be honest I feel like crap (cramping, nausea, backache) and I’m also starting to get a cold. Tom Petty was right, waiting is the hardest part.
