Raising arms above head
All of my female coworkers keep telling me that I'm not supposed to raise my arms over my head due to the danger of the umbilical cord wrapping around the baby's neck. But I've been reading up on this and it seems to be safe (within reason and as long as you're not attempting heavy stuff). Thoughts?
