Thoughts??🤔

I am having horrible pain in my rectum/anus and it’s moving through to my abdomen. Lately I’ve been having pretty bad diarrhea for the past 3 days. I felt pretty nauseous the first 2 days but never threw up. I’ve had sex multiple times

(Like 2 or 3 time) within these 2 weeks I’ve been off my period. We’ve always used condoms tho and even tho we have used them i know they don’t always work and some of them looked popped or deflated somehow. We would check and nothing came out but i don’t know. I was thinking I’m lactose intolerant but I’ve been having boob pain and nausea like i said. I don’t think nausea comes with lactose intolerant. Anyways besides the point i just wanna know people’s opinions. I will be taking a test a day or so before my period.
