Any other ladies?!

I have a scheduled cesarean section for Monday, May 21st! Anyone else scheduled for that day?

What are some of the things you requested for your birth plan? What are some of your worries?

For me, I’ve requested delayed cord clamping, immediate skin to skin and breastfeeding, delayed bathing so that my husband and I can enjoy and bond with baby when my anesthesia wears off, and I’ve also requested no paci or formula given without my permission!

Some of my worries are about the initial skin to skin and breastfeeding. I didn’t get that initial bond with my first son and it was really hard on us both not being able to see him until I was in recovery almost 45 minutes later, also a reason I’ve requested delayed bathing along with the many other benefits!
