Low Carb—weight loss—advice
I know this would be a ridiculous thing to complain about if I weren’t pregnant and I totally recognize that. With my diagnosis last week of gestational diabetes I’ve cut my carbs WAY back to about 90-130 depending on the day to manage my sugar. I’ve kept my sugars down to under 100 per check (mostly) but In the last week and a half I’ve lost 7 lbs and am down to just 6 net weight gain for this pregnancy. I’m starting to get really worried about the weight loss.
Does anyone have advice on low carb/calorie dense supplements that have worked for them??
