Increasing male fertility, any luck?

Question

Has anyone had any luck with increasing male mobility and morphology with natural resources?

My fiancé and I are going to try for 4 months to increase his mobility/morphology with diet, weight loss, and male fertility supplements before <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> or <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>.

I’d love to hear your thoughts and success stories

December is when we found out my husbands counts were low (15.5 total, 5mil/ml, 48% motility), and a repeat to confirm in January. We did the fertilaid, my husband started working out more and lifting weights, cut back on drinking and caffeine, etc.  We never did a repeat SA after all those changes because I feel like even if the numbers were higher, we’re still not pregnant. So I didn’t care to do another. We’re waiting on my period in a few days then we start our first cycle for IVF/ICSI. 
To be honest, I do wish that I had a crystal ball back then that could have told me we were wasting our time and we could have been done with IVF by now, but I think we needed to know we “gave it our all” and really tried before jumping into IVF. I think it’s always worth a shot to do the less invasive stuff and maybe you’ll be one of the lucky ones that it works for. Have realistic expectations but don’t give up hope. Good luck!!

We tried all the supplements and dietary/lifestyle changes for 5 months with no luck. We did ivf/icsi and our first transfer stuck. Good luck!

My husband has low sperm count and morph and I’m soo glad we tried diet changes and supplements before going straight to IVF because it ended up working for us, saving us time and money. With my son we conceived after a few months of changes. His doctor originally wanted us to go straight to IVF cause the supplements my husband were taking were supposedly useless but they did improve his count so we kept with the vitamins and healthy eating (for the most part) and it worked! Now I’m unexpectedly pregnant with number two at 8 months PP and we weren’t even trying🙈😅.
