How did you know your bleeding was going into a miscarriage?

I just found out I’m pregnant but have been having spotting.

No red blood just pink and brown.

Nothing to fill a panty liner but is visible on underwear.

I’ve heard for some it is normal and for others things go south.

It has been going on for a few days, but bleeding has not gotten any heavier.

I have not had cramping either.

I had a blighted ovum. When I miscarried it I had minor bleeding that turned into period like bleeding that went into really bad bleeding. It escalated within hours.
