Getting Discouraged

Everyone around me is getting pregnant nearly as soon as they start TTC. We’ve been trying for 3.5 month. Tracking my cycle, bbt tracking, CM tracking just everything and nothing. Just gets so hard to stay positive when all of my friends , Four of them, got BFP on their first cycle TTC. Idk if because we already have a 8 month old has anything to do with it. But we really just want baby #2 already. 😥
