help! a little tmi....

okay so I'm about 7 weeks pregnant and I've had horrible cramping for weeks now.I've went to the doctor and they said it's normal. Well now for the last few days I'm having darker discharge to light pink spotting to full on red real spotting for a couple of hours out of the day. pictured here

is like me daily discharge for the last few days what should I do ladies? I keep calling and telling my doctors and they're just like oh we'll have someone call you tomorrow with an appointment. no ever calls me back so I call them and they always tell me the same thing and never call me back.i feel like they aren't taking me seriously and I'm truly concerned and in fucking pain,I want this baby more than anything and I'm worried something is happening
