It feels like someone is pinching my nipples!

AF is due in four days and this morning I woke up to a pinching sensation in my areola right under my nipple. It lasts only seconds but comes once every minute and it doesn’t matter if I move or not, it’s like a sudden surge of pain. Anyone else ever experience this? 11 days dpo
