Hi friends! First off congratulations to everyone! 💕🎊 I am 5w4d today and the last several nights I wake up a couple times a night with horrible pain in my wrists and hands. Almost a numbness along with pain. Like when your hand falls asleep but worse. I have researched this and found that it is probably carpal tunnel syndrome which is common to arise in pregnancy. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this early on? And what they do to help ease the pain? Thanks!
