Confused

I have been on the birth control patch for 3 years now and using it properly. On my 3rd patch The condom torn and I was panicking and because I really haven’t experienced such I took a morning after pill. However vomited it within 20minutes. Was still wearing my patch and the next day removed it as it was my patch free week. My period usually comes on the 5th or morning of 6th day however there’s still nothing and now I’m panicking. I took a preggies test and I’m not pregnant. Now I’m confused and stressed. What am I supposed to do?
