Still up?

Anyone else still up? I CANNOT sleep😭

I hate that I can not for the life of me fall asleep before 530 am (unless I’ve been up for a couple days without sleep) I try everything, warm milk,tea, put the tv or music on (terrible thing to do I just stay up and watch/listen) 100 different positions, different blankets, change pillows and numbers of pillows I use, I put pajamas bottoms on they bunch up/get uncomfortable then I go to pajama shorts nope finally to underwear which sometimes helps but not always 
🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 why whY wHY WHY can’t I sleep please just let me sleep 😭😭😭😭

Yep 😒 I was actually asleep and then had a dream I was bleeding so I woke up and ran to the bathroom thinking the dream was real 😂 so now I’m up
