Varicose Veins

I have varicose veins in both legs and was curious if any of you have sought treatment and if it worked for you. A little background about myself: I am 32 years old and have put on some weight the last couple years and am currently on a diet and exercise regimen, I also work as a nurse. I have tried wearing compressions socks but it just gets too hot that I don't wear them as often as I should. I don't have any kids but I know when we plan on getting pregnant it will only get worse.
