Help.

I’m 7 weeks pregnant tomorrow. Last weekend, I had a couple of days of brown spotting. It wasnt much at all and I just passed it off as normal because I didnt have pains or anything to go with it. After day 2 I think it completely stopped. Now again today the same thing is happening? Just light brown spotting. Nothing else, just the spotting. I really dont remember this happening on my first baby. I dont have my first midwife appointment for another week or 2. Just looking for any advice/similar stories.
