Relationship trouble (please read)

My relationship is going through a rough patch. My boyfriend is struggling with finding a job and his mother doesn’t want him there. He has no money for food or to support himself. I try to help him as much as I can until he gets on his feet because I would want someone to help me but the no luck with jobs and applying literally everyday and not hearing anything is taking a toll on him and he’s so depressed and it hurts to see him this way because I can only help so much. It breaks my heart cause he’s my boyfriend and I can’t help him. Before he left for the navy basic he gave me his last check to help put me in school .. going through training he had an allergic reaction to penicillin, he did not know he was allergic again very sucky mother, didn’t tell him, anywho they discharged him mid training as a vet no pay now he’s struggling and I just want nothing more than for us to be happy again because this has distanced us apart and i love him, he’s 21 smart with some college and it goes to waste him getting rejected everyday. I needed to vent to you guys because y’all give the best advice and are like family. I don’t know what to tell him to encourage him anymore I ran out of things to say and Ik he cries sometimes I hear him. Please please if anyone on here is in the Jonesboro or downtown Atlanta area and know places hiring please let me know.
