Possible UTI??

So this morning I felt like I had to pee reallllll bad. So I went and there wasn’t much but it burned a lot. And then like 5 mins later I had to pee again. So I drank lots of water and it didn’t burn anymore. Went through the whole day just fine. I just went and it felt like something was literally being suctioned out of me (I have no other way to describe it) and it burned really bad and now there’s some blood and I know it isn’t my period because that ended 3 days ago. Help :/

UPDATE: it doesnt burn when I pee today but I still kind of feel that suctioning feeling. No blood has come out today
