Age gap..

Is it okay for a 25/26 year old woman to date a 56 year old man? We have a lot in common and always have a great time but I'm afraid to tell my parents his age because he's slightly older than them. 😑 He had me guess his age at first and I guessed 38 lol.. I'm just afraid they will reject him and think it's gross. Do you think I should be worried about what they will think or is age really not a big deal?
