Panic attack or heart condition?

I was in my history class and all the sudden my heart start to race and I fainted. They rushed me down to the nurse and my heart rate was at 176. I was throwing up all over myself and I was shaking. I wasn’t stressed I have no tests today. I sat there throwing up and shaking and my heart racing and fainted again. My heart beat peaked at 200 and dropped to 76 within minutes. My blood pressure was 165/117 but dropped to 122/80. I have anxiety and depression and bipolar but I was having a good day. I was being positive and nothing was wrong. I just don’t know what to do. My boyfriend was in the nurses office holding me trying to calm me down but my heart rate was just not coming down then I just crashed and he said I started to seize but I don’t know if I was just shaking. I don’t know what to do. Any body have any ideas?
