Pregnancy test confusion

Hi! So around the week of April 23rd I had got extremely sick so my friend had made me take a pregnancy test! I had gotten a very faint line but with me being so sick I didn’t really think anything of it so I decided to wait and see if my period would come ... so almost a month later my period was about two weeks late (and I’m never late) and when it finally did come it only lasted two days and was very heavy the first day and light the second day... this was very off for me but then I remembered the faint line pregnancy test and decided to take another... it came out negative but I still feel very skeptical ... any advice on what I should do ?

Also for reference ... my last time I was sexually active was around April 2nd and I got my period that next week on the 9th
