First time pregnant vegan... help!
What did you guys find good to eat whilst pregnant ? My doctor is supportive but I feel like it’s still not fully accepted in the medical field.
I’m lucky enough to live in East London which is like a vegan yogi heaven, open to any tips and favs that you guys took/are to help....
(I’m still early days only 7 weeks)
