Top Unusual Must-Have Registry Items?

FTM here and want to make sure I have my bases covered on our registries. What are the top must-have items that one would not think of getting? TIA for your recommendations!!

Baby medicine! There’s a starter pack you can register for. You never know when you’ll need it and you definitely don’t want to have to go out at 3am with a baby!

I second the suggestion for cloth diapers, which have been the most useful rags for burping or any general clean up for stuff that comes out of the baby’s mouth. It was one of the gifts I got that I didn’t ask for, and I use them constantly. I’m so glad I didn’t get any of the expensive and fancy burp pads. 
Pacifier clip. I like the ulubulu brand the best. 
If you get the Boon lawn for drying bottles, I highly suggest the accessory that is a cactus. Everyone seems to want the flower or branch to hold small bottle or pump pieces, but the cactus is great for stacking up a ton of the bottle rings. 
Baby nail files. I like the ones from Frida that are curved. They are easier to keep stashed around the house so I can take care of sharp nail edges whenever I’m with the baby and he lets me file them down.
Baby socks - pick a basic style and ask for all the same kind. For instance, I got all white Polo baby socks, so that I’m not worrying about matching pairs of patterned socks (especially if you lose one because they’re so tiny).

Also, I wish I had registered for more toys. It sounds like a very odd thing to register for, but I prefer “green” toys and they’re very expensive when you have to buy them all yourself! Granted my son didn’t start really using toys until he was around 6 or 7 months, but it would have been nice to have them on hand. My favorite brands are HABA, Hape, and Grimms Spiel & Holz and each toy costs close to $20 or more. If you can, ask for the Grimms large rainbow stacker! It’s my son’s favorite toy of all time and it looks nice on display.
