PCO vs PCOS is it true that there is a difference?

I have polycystic ovaries.. fairly regular cycles (35 days), blood test showed I’m ovulating naturally, and hormones look fine, no sign of more testosterone then normal. No other symptoms of pcos. So as far as I know I only have the cysts. I’ve read that there’s a difference between the two and that with just PCO you don’t really have problems conceiving and that you have to have atleast two issues to be diagnosed with pcos. Like cysts along with hormone imbalance for example. I’m wondering if it’s really true though. Like do I have PCOS or not.. will I have a problem conceiving or not.. my gynaecologist really wasn’t helpful and just told me to keep trying.
