I need a “big girl” job.

I need a real job!! I’m tired of working retail. I’ve had around 3 years of retail experience but I want a better job. My best friend is finally leaving because she got lucky. The president of a bank came in our store and saw her interacting with a customer and offered her a job on the spot. Why can’t I be that lucky? 😔 I’ve went on indeed but it’s hard to find anything like a receptionist job, bank teller, or something entry level without wanting previous experience. Help! How did you make the transition?
