I'm finally going to do it....
I'm gonna do it. I'm going to lose 80lbs. 💪 I'm tired of feeling heavy and I want to be healthy. I have a goal to lose it all by next January - my husband will be returning from deployment then.
Anyone have any tips? My plan is to eat only protien, veggies, fruits, lots of water and some healthy fats (like almonds), at least for the first month.
Goal weight: about 120-140lbs
