Ughh.. Another night...

So recently I've been having so much itchiness, burning pains, swelling, and soreness when I wipe after using the restroom in my nether regions. For the 4th night in a row, I've had to put some sort of ice pack between my legs to get some relieve. Anyone have any advice or ideas on what this could be? I have an appointment with my gynecologist in the morning but I cant sleep because of the discomfort.. I will add an update asap after my appointment.

Update: My gynecologist said it was probably just irritation from a change in my pads and to use hydrocortisone cream on it 3 to 4 times a day and I should be fine in a couple of days. She had me get blood work done too just to make sure it wasn't some sort of STD. There were also unrelated things that were tested for but as of right now I'm fine. 💯
