Unhappy with my hair after hairdresser!! help??

Question

So I went to a student salon cause I can't afford a high end salons as I'm a student myself. I hate confrontation and wasnt happy how my hair turned out but I didn't want to say anything cause the hairdresser didn't speak finnish fluently, I didn't want to come off as mean. Should I call the salon and ask for a fix or try to fix it myself? I paid 60€ for silver hair and got yellow roots

I would go say something. I personally like it, but you look so unhappy! 
Go say something- the teacher usually tries to fix thing if the client isn’t pleased.

It is really hard to get a "white" hair color. Your roots just need to be toned again the same for the rest of your hair but it's going to keep turning back to what you have now. If you keep toning it though it will cause breakage. Most toners now are worse than bleach. Purple shampoo is good but it will also dry your hair out more than anything because it pulls all the oil out. If your hair is the least bit dry you could end up with serious damage. Especially with students or people that haven't practiced platinum and white shades.

I really like it! I say just put purple shampoo on the roots and wait to see if it evens out! But if you aren't  comfortable/happy I say yes go back and let her know that it's not what you asked for! goodluck!
