spotting 12 days ??

I got off my period two week ago n this week I have been spotting for 12 days, light to heavy then light then now it a completely stop. No breast sore, jus heartburn, feeling nasuse for few days that it. I've been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend but I don't think I'll ever get pregnant again after I had miscarriage in Oct 2017. I took pregnancy test last week it was neg, maybe too early to tell?? physical doctor in few hours..ill let you know the result.
