Dry, itchy, swollen vagina

So about a week ago I had sex with this guy and used a condom. Now I’ve had no sex drive, been completely dry, and it itches a little! Tried to book an appointment with my doctor, but she broke her collarbone and is off work... should I suck it up and go sit at a walk in? Or does this sound like a simple yeast infection?
