Natural birth mamas!

What all did you guys do to prepare yourselves to have a natural birth? That was my ultimate goal with my daughter but things went completely opposite for me (due to lack of preparation) and I also ended up needing an emergency csection. However, she’s now 20 months old and I’m very eager and holding onto hope that I can have a vbac this go around. I’m only 7 weeks into this pregnancy so I’ve got plenty of time to work myself up to being in the proper mindset but did you guys do anything other than just giving yourselves pep talks?
