what do Braxton hicks feel like??

I've been having these cramps occasionally that feel like period cramps, and I've done a stupid thing and googled it and freaked myself out with all the potential things that could be wrong so I've asked a couple of people who've said it could be Braxton hicks? I'm 31weeks. so I'm wondering do Braxton hicks feel similar to menstrual cramps? or what did they feel like for you?

Like a Charlie horse in your abdomen, but not quite as severe. At least that’s what I’ve been experiencing haha

To me it’s like my abdomen gets so tight and hard I have difficulty even breathing. It goes away quick or when you switch positions.

Feels like your inside is getting all squashed together at once only for a few secs, the pain is bearable though.

At first they weren’t painful at all. Most the time I didn’t notice I was having them unless I touched my stomach. But I’m 34.5 weeks now and it feels like period cramps or charlie horse cramps along with the tightening.

Sometimes it's just my stomach tightening, other times it's really painful, like period cramps, and extends through my back.

For me it feels like right before you might have diarrhea, its not painful, just very uncomfortable. Then after 10-15 seconds it goes away.
