Dull cramps in third trimester?

Ive been experiencing dull, period-like cramps for a couple of weeks now. It comes and goes. They’re not painful just make me not want to do anything but lay down. Anything I should be concerned about? I also have Braxton Hicks but that’s more of a tightening sensation

I've been experiencing this as well, I even felt discharge come out and it took me back to the feeling of getting a period 😖 I checked my undies and wiped but it was just normal cm. I'm going to bring this up at my next docs appointment next week and see what she says.

Cramping is common in the third trimester. Usually it’s due to your uterus stretching, a need for more water, or it’s just your body responding to the day’s activity. Speak with your doctor if you become concerned!
