Back acne 😰

I have had back acne since I was about 15. I am 21 now and it just seems to be getting worse through the years. It can be painful at times. It gets very bad in the winter a clears up a bit in the summer. I have tried different soaps, a few medication (I’m not a fan of them at all) different lotions and foams. Nothing seems to help. I am extremely self conscious about it. I’d love to wear little sundresses in the summer or backless shirt and dresses but there’s no way I will with the way my back looks. Does anyone else suffer from this and do you have any recommendations on getting rid of it?
