How to function during the first trimester?
I’m not sure if it’s because I’m on progesterone or not but I’m having a great difficulty getting through the day. Any amount of activity is too much for me. I feel ill all day, I can’t throw up though, and all food sounds terrible. The only thing I’m consistently able to enjoy is water. I wore a muumuu all day yesterday. That’s how bad this is already.
I know they say energy comes back second trimester but what should I do in the meantime? I take my progesterone before bed already but I feel like I don’t get a wave of energy until around 9 pm.
