TTC with PSOS

Hi guys, me and boyfriend of 8 years have been TTC for 7 months now. We are both 30. came off the pill after 12 years and only had 2 periods since November (the last being Feb) no baby so went to docs who sent me for an untrasound... got my results and I have enlarged ovaries that have lots of cysts on them. Just wondered if anyone else has this and managed to conceive naturally?! I’m worried about the treatment they my suggest for me! Would be great to hear from you!
