3 periods in 1 month??

I had and early miscarriage last month towards the middle of it but I started my birthcontrol soon after however I had a period the beginning of the month the another about a week after I assumed the second one was because I was back on bc and I had taken the last week of dark pills so it was my body trying to get back to that but I started bleeding again today and I'm starting to get worried is this normal? this makes 3 times in the same month and not sure if it has anything to do with it but I've also been having migraines so bad I'm getting tunnel vision and nauseated from them
