Depression?

Does anyone have any good ways to help with anxiety and depression, it’s getting so bad and I feel like I have no body to talk to. My fiancé is there but I’ve been talking to him about it for five years, now when I get a panic attack or anxiety I feel like he’s just used to it and doesn’t understand. It happens the worst at night to the point were I can’t sleep, i just feel so alone. I feel crazy. I went to a therapist years ago but that doesn’t help they just make me feel crazy, I tried to go to a doctor they pretty much made me feel insane. I literally feel like I’m losing my mind.
