EMERGANCY ADVICE NEEDED

So I started taking Portia, my periods were still really heavy and long and since I’m anemic my gyno suggested skipping my period for 2 months and having a period on the 3rd month.

Well the first month went great. I didnt bleed and my iron was great, I felt great. When I skipped the last week for the 2nd month, I started to spot. I thought oh well my body is adjusting.

Then I started to bleed. I started bleeding on the 6th and it is now the 24th. At first it was heavy bleeding, and I called my gyno and they were like “just bleed it out”

My iron has dropped terribly and I feel like death.

Then last night, I went to wipe after using the bathroom and I noticed a terrible pain. Naturally I looked down to see what it was and my left labia is swollen, and it looks like a small piece of it is cut. I thought it was a ingrown hair or something, because it looked like it had a head then I realized it was a piece of my labia. It’s not big but now it hurts to even walk. My gyno can’t see me until June 6th.
