Miscarriage

Okay so I’m not sure if this is a miscarriage or not but yestersay I started getting cramps I put a pad on overnight and I’m the morning nothing came out except like a little drop of blood today while I was cleaning I felt a massive amount of blood come down so quick it started dripping down my leg i went to the bathroom peed the rest the blood lated like 2 minutes and then stopped , the blood was really thick and there was clots of blood and then I found this in my underwear there was more to it but it rubbed off , I’m really confused can someone confirm it’s a miscarriage? I find it strange how all the clots of blood were dark and this was the only part that was light it was bigger but like I said a lot of it rubbed of you can see the shape of it pls help a girl out
