Is this real, or...?

So I've seen a bunch of stuff about a "hymen" and it "breaking" WHAT THE FU K. Is this real?? Is it bad if it breaks?? Does it hurt?? I've seen some people say they broke it with tampons! I used my first tampon last week, did I break mine?? As you can tell I'm in kind of a panic. I've seen some people say it's not real, but some saying it is. I'm so confused and kinda scared. Please help.

nothing "breaks". the hymen is a kind of a piece of skin in the entrance of your vag that  can stretch a lot. most girls don't even bleed the first time they have sex. for many it doesn't even hurt. if you don't rush it and make sure you've got lots of lubricant when you have sex the less chance it will hurt or bleed. nobody can "tell" if your hymen has been stretched, only you can tell it simply doesn't hurt to put things in there 😂😅 it goes back to its original tightness too. so it's very flexible. the hymen can stretch enough to push a whole baby through and get back to normal, it can handle a tampon😂 
So, a tampon can't break anything, though it might be a bit uncomfortable due to the friction or if you go in to fast and the hymen doesn't get the time to stretch

Yes it’s real. Girls bleed the first time they have sex. Because of the hymen being broken. It happened to me when I was fingered cause his fingers were long. It doesn’t always happen during sex it can happen with an rigorous activity including , riding a horse, riding a bike , gymnastics or putting in a tampon. 
Btw I don’t think your closed up because you’ve used a tampon. But try fingers if you really wanna know. Same thing honestly.
