So ladies, we all know how hard it is to stick to a healthy diet and a lot of us are panicking before the summer :)

Here are some tips that I’ve done to start the summer healthy and happy.

1.

Instead of spending 10-20$ on some popular instagram model Tea that supposably helps you loose weight, don’t throw away your money. Get your favorite tea at the grocery store for 2-3$ like I did and put it in a bottle or anything with water, and keep it in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. In the morning, put it in your bottle or whatever you drink from and enjoy! I lost a couple of pounds already. The tea tastes delicious and helps detox the body. Don’t be fooled by the expensive teas you see online. :-) I drink this tea daily.

I even invested in a cheap hidroflask to save money on plastic bottles.

2. Download / Install the Codecheck app! Its an app that instantly tells you if a makeup product, food or other product has toxic ingredients. I literally found many cheaper makeup products that have little to no toxic ingredients, in comparison to the many expensive products I had. I sorted out all of my makeup products that were β€œtoxic” and I gave them away or three them out.

I have 4 products in total in my makeup bag instead of 59 and am dedicated to live healthier :-)

And yes, theres a lot of things mixed here don’t judge haha

Of course I gotta buy mascara and get some new lipstick but im sticking to being simple :-)

3. Donate some old or unwanted clothes to goodwill :-)

4. Start fresh and kick out those meanies out of your life!

5. Make a bullet journal or a planner to organize your life.

6. Try doing natural home remedies for your hair, my favorites are the at home mayonnaise mask with some olive oil and rinsing my hair with water and apple cider vinegar.
