Periods - heavy flow

I normally don’t suffer with heavy periods but I don’t know if this is my body getting back into a pattern or what 😫

I came off the pill but I’ve had a patch of 4 months with no periods then I had a vvv light period last month and now! Well it’s ridiculous

I’ve changed pads 3 times, I put a super tampon in around 6 and leaked (Luckily had a pad on also) and just changed my pad again! This is ridiculous I’ve never changed this much due to the amount before.

Do you think it’s normal? My body getting back into a pattern? Or what!
