STRESS

Help! I am on birth control and I had sex last month, the day after my period ended. When it’s suppose to be the safest time according to if I was suppose to ovulate. I had somewhat of a normal period on my placebo pills at the end of last month. Then I had a regular week no bleeding on active pills and then I spotted for a week on active pills. Is this normal? I’m also stressing about this way tooo much and fear my period won’t come when scheduled in 5 days.
